A Prayer for Hope in Difficult Times

A Christianity prayer for mental illness.

Lord of Heaven and Earth, when circumstances seem uncertain and I cannot see clearly what lies ahead, keep hope alive within me. Remind me that difficult chapters do not determine the whole story of my life.

Give me courage to continue when progress feels slow and faith to believe that new possibilities can still emerge. Help me notice even the smallest signs of goodness and be thankful for each new opportunity.

Lead me out of discouragement and toward a future filled with purpose, compassion, and hope. In Jesus' name, Amen.
