Great Doctor of the Universe, You know the worries that fill my mind and the burdens I carry within my heart. Bring calm to the places within me that feel unsettled, and help me find peace when my thoughts become overwhelming.

Give me strength to face what is before me today rather than fearing everything that might happen tomorrow. Help me distinguish between the things I can change and those I need to place into Your hands.

Surround me with Your peace and remind me that even in uncertain times, hope can still be found. In Jesus' name, Amen.
