Creator of the Universe, You formed the heavens and the earth, and nothing in my life is beyond Your understanding. Quiet the noise within my mind and help me find stillness in Your presence.

When worries compete for my attention, guide my thoughts toward what is good, truthful, and hopeful. Give me wisdom for the problems that require action and peace concerning those things that are outside my control.

Let Your presence steady my heart and give me strength for whatever this day may bring. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
