A Christianity prayer for mental illness.

Eternal God, in a world filled with noise, demands, uncertainty, and constant change, teach my heart to become still before You. Free me from carrying tomorrow's burdens before tomorrow has even arrived.

Help me release old anger, painful memories, and worries I cannot resolve today. Give me wisdom to change what should be changed, patience with what takes time, and grace to accept what lies beyond my control.

May Your peace settle deeply within me and shape the way I think, speak, and live. In Christ, Amen.
