A Prayer for a Troubled Mind

A Christianity prayer for mental illness.

Great Doctor of the Universe, You understand every thought within me, including those I struggle to understand myself. When my mind feels troubled and I cannot find peace, bring stillness to the storm within me.

Give me clarity where there is confusion, courage where there is fear, and hope where discouragement has taken hold. Lead me toward wise people who can support me, and help me accept help when the burdens I carry become too heavy.

Restore peace within my heart and guide my thoughts toward truth, hope, and love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
