Great Comforter, You see the sadness within me even when I struggle to put it into words. Meet me in this difficult place and remind me that darkness does not have to last forever.

Give me strength to move through this season one day at a time. Bring caring people into my life, help me accept their support, and allow moments of hope and joy to gradually return.

Restore my weary heart and lead me toward brighter days. In Christ, Amen.
