A Christianity prayer for mental illness.

Almighty Creator, sometimes the responsibilities and difficulties of life feel greater than I can carry. Help me slow down, breathe, and face what is before me one step at a time.

Give me wisdom to know what needs my attention today and what can wait until tomorrow. Help me ask for assistance when I need it and remember that I was never meant to carry every burden alone.

Renew my strength, settle my thoughts, and guide me through this difficult season with courage and hope. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
