Prayer for Strength

God of all strength,
I come to you depleted.

The weight of what I carry feels too heavy.
The road ahead feels too long.
I am not sure I have what it takes.

But you have said that your strength is made perfect in weakness.
So I bring you my weakness —
all of it, without pretense.

Fill me where I am empty.
Steady me where I am shaking.
Lift me where I have fallen.

I do not ask for an easier path,
only for the strength to walk this one.
