A Prayer for Hope When Nothing Seems to Change

A Christianity prayer for strength.

Heavenly Father, I have prayed, waited, and hoped, yet sometimes it feels as though nothing around me is changing. When I become weary from waiting, help me not to mistake silence for absence or delay for the end of the story.

Give me patience for the things that require time and wisdom to recognize the steps I can take today. Keep discouragement from closing my eyes to possibilities that may already be beginning to appear.

Renew my hope and give me strength to continue faithfully, even when I cannot yet see where the road is leading. In Jesus' name, Amen.
