A Prayer for Encouragement After Disappointment

A Christianity prayer for strength.

Loving Father, disappointment has left me questioning what comes next, and some of the plans I believed in have not unfolded as I hoped. Help me grieve what has been lost without believing that every possibility has disappeared with it.

Give me eyes to see new paths and opportunities that may emerge from this unexpected change. Teach me from what has happened and help me carry the wisdom forward without carrying bitterness with it.

Renew my confidence, awaken new dreams within me, and give me courage to begin again. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
