A Prayer While Waiting for an Answer

A Christianity prayer for strength.

Lord God, waiting can be difficult when my heart longs for an answer, a breakthrough, or a change in circumstances. Give me patience when nothing seems to be happening and protect me from losing hope simply because the answer has not yet arrived.

Use this season of waiting to strengthen my faith and deepen my wisdom. Show me what I can do today while trusting You with the things that remain beyond my control.

When the right time comes, open the way before me and give me courage to walk through it. In Christ, Amen.
