A Prayer for Strength When Life Feels Too Heavy

A Christianity prayer for strength.

Heavenly Father, some days the burdens of life feel heavier than I know how to carry. When responsibilities, worries, and disappointments gather around me, help me remember that I can bring every one of them before You.

Give me wisdom to know which burdens require action and which I need to release. Teach me to accept help without shame and to rest when my body and mind need renewal.

Strengthen me for what must be faced today, and help me trust You with everything that can wait until tomorrow. In Jesus' name, Amen.
