A Christianity prayer for loss of a loved one.

Gracious Lord, loss has changed my life, and sometimes it is difficult to imagine feeling whole again. Meet me in the emptiness and gently remind me that sorrow and hope can exist within the same heart.

Help me believe that laughter can return without dishonoring the person I have lost and that moving forward does not mean leaving their memory behind. Give me courage to embrace life again when I am ready.

May the love and memories I carry become a source of strength rather than only a source of pain, and may Your light guide me through grief toward peace. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
