A Prayer for Peaceful Sleep

A Christianity prayer for before sleep.

Heavenly Father, as this day comes to an end, I place every worry, unfinished task, and unanswered question into Your hands. Quiet my thoughts and help me release the things I cannot control.

Fill my heart with Your peace and allow my body and mind to receive the rest they need. Watch over my home and the people I love throughout this night.

When morning comes, renew my strength and help me rise with hope for the new day ahead. In Jesus' name, Amen.
