A Prayer When You Cannot Sleep

A Christianity prayer for before sleep.

Gracious Lord, my mind is restless tonight, and the thoughts of tomorrow are making it difficult for me to rest. Help me surrender every fear, concern, and uncertainty to You.

Remind me that I do not have to solve every problem tonight. Give me the peace to leave tomorrow in Your hands and trust that You will give me the strength I need when the new day arrives.

Calm my mind, relax my body, and surround me with the comfort of Your presence. In Christ, Amen.
