A Prayer of Gratitude Before Bed

A Christianity prayer for before sleep.

Lord God, thank You for carrying me through another day and for every blessing I received, including those I may not have noticed. Thank You for the people who showed me kindness and for every moment of joy, comfort, and hope.

Forgive me for the times today when I spoke without kindness, acted without wisdom, or failed to show love to others. Help me learn from my mistakes and begin tomorrow with a heart that seeks to follow You more closely.

As I close my eyes tonight, let gratitude replace worry and Your peace settle over me. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
