A Prayer for Rest After a Busy Day

A Christianity prayer for before sleep.

Heavenly Father, this day has been full of responsibilities, conversations, decisions, and challenges. As I prepare to sleep, help me put aside everything that is still occupying my mind and rest in Your presence.

Thank You for giving me the strength to make it through today. Where I fell short, give me grace, and where I did well, help me remain humble and thankful.

Restore my body, refresh my mind, and renew my spirit as I sleep tonight. May I wake tomorrow ready to receive another day as a gift from You.
