A Christianity prayer for guidance.

Holy God, as I make decisions in business, give me wisdom to build upon honesty, fairness, patience, and sound judgment. Help me recognize good opportunities without becoming blinded by the desire for quick success.

Guide me in the way I treat customers, employees, suppliers, partners, and everyone whose work contributes to what I am building. Keep me from sacrificing integrity for profit and remind me that reputation and trust can be more valuable than temporary gain.

Bless the work that is good and worthwhile, and give me courage to change direction when something is not working. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
