Before Work

Prayer Before Work

A Christianity prayer for before work. Attributed to Leon Powrie.

Thank You Lord,

For the desire to work productively,
The determination to work meaningfully
and the diligence to work effectively.

Bless my hands with skill,
and my mind with creativity,

That all that I do may bring you honour and glory,
opportunity for others,
and bread for my table,

Amen.
