A Prayer for a Difficult Workplace

A Christianity prayer for guidance.

Gracious Lord, You know the difficulties I am experiencing at work and how deeply they can affect the rest of my life. Give me patience when tensions arise and wisdom to know when to speak, when to listen, and when a problem needs to be addressed.

Protect me from responding to hostility with hostility or allowing frustration to change the person I want to be. Help me communicate clearly, maintain healthy boundaries, and seek appropriate support when it is needed.

Bring greater understanding and fairness into this workplace, and guide me toward a better situation if remaining here is no longer wise. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
