A Prayer for Protection from Fear

A Christianity prayer for peace.

Almighty God, when fear begins to control my thoughts, help me separate genuine danger from the worries created by uncertainty. Give me a calm mind so that I can respond wisely rather than allowing panic to make decisions for me.

Where action is necessary, give me courage to act. Where there is no immediate danger, help me release unnecessary fear and return my attention to the life before me.

Fill my heart with peace, my mind with wisdom, and my steps with courage as I place my trust in You. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
