A Prayer for Morning Peace

A Christianity prayer for morning.

Gracious Lord,

As this morning begins, calm the thoughts that trouble me and lift the worries that weigh upon my heart. Help me remember that I can place every concern before You.

Give me peace about the things I cannot control and wisdom to deal with the things I can change. When my mind becomes overwhelmed, help me return my attention to Your goodness and faithfulness.

Let Your peace remain with me throughout this day and help me share that peace with others.
