A Prayer for Family

Loving Father,

Thank You for the gift of family and for the relationships You have entrusted to me. Bless our home with peace, kindness, patience, and understanding.

Help us to speak words that build one another up and to show grace when mistakes are made. Teach us to love as Christ loved us, with humility, forgiveness, and sacrificial care.

Protect our family from harm, division, and discouragement. Strengthen marriages, encourage parents, guide children, and comfort those who feel lonely or separated from loved ones.

May our home be a place where Your presence is welcomed, where prayer is offered sincerely, and where Your Word shapes our daily lives.

Use our family to be a blessing to our neighbours, our church, and our community. May everything we do bring honour and glory to Your name.

We ask all these things through Jesus Christ our Lord.
