Noon

Prayer at Noon

A Christianity prayer for noon.

Lord,

I pause at the midpoint of this day.

For the hours that have passed —
thank you for what went well,
and forgive me for what did not.

For the hours that remain —
grant me focus, patience, and compassion.
Let me re-enter the afternoon with fresh eyes
and a renewed spirit.

In the busyness, may I not forget you.
In the noise, may I hear your gentle voice.
In the middle of everything,
may I return, again and again, to peace.

Amen.
