Lord of love,

Bless the people who live around us—the neighbours we know well and those whose names we have never learned.

Teach us to notice when someone needs help, welcome newcomers warmly, look out for those living alone, and resolve disagreements with patience and respect.

Protect the children who play in our streets and remember the elderly, the isolated, and those experiencing hardship behind closed doors.

May our neighbourhood become more than houses standing beside one another. Make it a community shaped by friendship, generosity, safety, and care.
