Provide opportunities, practical assistance, and compassionate people who help without judgment. Give wisdom to leaders and communities working to overcome poverty and disadvantage.

Keep us from becoming comfortable with another person's suffering. Make us generous with what we possess and attentive to needs around us.

May those experiencing hardship find open doors, renewed dignity, greater stability, and genuine hope for the future.
