A Prayer When You Feel Unsafe

A Christianity prayer for peace.

Gracious Lord, when I feel vulnerable or afraid, give me calmness to think clearly and wisdom to know what I should do. Lead me toward safety and toward trustworthy people who can help me when I need assistance.

Keep fear from overwhelming my judgment, but never allow me to ignore genuine danger. Give me courage to leave unsafe situations, seek help, and take the steps necessary to protect myself and others.

Remain close to me through this difficult moment and lead me toward security and peace. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
