Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of love and for the person You have placed in my life. Help our relationship grow through honesty, patience, trust, kindness, and a willingness to understand one another more deeply.

Teach us to listen when the other needs to be heard and to offer encouragement when one of us feels discouraged. When disagreements arise, help us speak with respect and never allow temporary anger to damage the love we have built.

May our relationship continue to grow in faithfulness, friendship, compassion, and love. Through Your Son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
