A Prayer for Strength in Hospital

A Christianity prayer for healing.

Almighty God, being in hospital can feel frightening, exhausting, and lonely. Be near to me during this time and give me strength through every examination, treatment, procedure, and difficult moment.

Bless the doctors, nurses, carers, and staff who look after me, and give them wisdom in every decision concerning my care. Help me communicate clearly about what I need and give me patience throughout my treatment.

Bring healing to my body, peace to my mind, and hope to my heart as I look toward recovery and returning home. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
